Dreams Centered Around Fandoms.
Feb. 20th, 2007 09:29 amLast night (or rather this morning) was the SECOND night in a row that I've dreamed about something involving one of my fandoms. Yesterday, it revolved around JE... And I can't remember much of it (unfortunately), but at least I remember that Tegoshi was there. @.@ Yeah, I wanted to type THAT one up, but darm the fact that as soon as I woke up, it was basically erased from my memory.
This newest one was about Grey's Anatomy. Which is strange, because I rarely ever put much thought into the show. I enjoy watching it, listening to its podcast, to its spoilers and whatnot. But I don't actually THINK about it outside of while I'm watching it. So color me surprised when I wake up and remember that I'd just had a dream where I was an intern at Seattle Grace. @.@ Funnily enough, I have UTTERLY no desire to become a surgeon or to do anything with medicine (despite my mom's wishes). Anyway, I can't remember much of it, but I CAN remember the ending (considering I just woke up) and I know that I was working with Bailey and some REALLY bad case was there (no idea what) and we needed to get him/her to surgery. Now, my brain doesn't know how things work in hospitals so whatever... We apparently needed Addison and Derek to help us so we (read: I) went searching for both of them. Addison was found rather easily, but McDreamy was in the wind.
So apparently he hadn't arrived yet and whatnot so we found ourselves waiting for him. I did this thing where I kept checking in the... hallway? I wasn't sure, but it was something like that. And I eventually yelled something about how this kind of thing (no idea what I was talking about) happens in movies so why in the hell wouldn't it work now? And lo and behold, you hear some kind of ... alerting music so I turn and ... It's a man pushing a cart. LOL. Yes, but BEHIND him is McDreamy. What I haven't mentioned yet is that McDreamy has been freaking out (in the dream) about how... useless he is? I forget. All I know is that there is freaking out. And while we don't see it play out, because I wake up and whatnot, I think it might have to do with him working on this case. Otherwise, back to the dream. I race towards him with Bailey walking calmly behind me. And I, of course, reach him first and I babble out what we need, but since it's all rushed and whatnot, he doesn't understand. Then BAILEY finally arrives (because it was that long a walk... I kid.) and she says what we need, and she's utterly calm about it, but HE STILL DOESN'T UNDERSTAND. So I have to repeat it, a little calmer but still rushed. And McDreamy like nods at that, which prompts Bailey to go, "At least someone still listens to me."
...Then I wake up. XP Odd dream. ...I think so anyway. So yeah. I just had a STRONG urge to type this up. Have fun reading?
In other news, is it not strange that the same assignment I've been working on ALL weekend (World Humanities) has left me basically brain-dead, to only gather inspiration when I'm brushing my teeth? I had NO idea what I was going to write... And suddenly, Poof! There's the beginning! Just have to go look up some things and I'm off. Hehe. Well, I think I'll go do that homework (before I forget what I'd been thinking...which happens much too often).
