[#63] A Good Dream...
Feb. 21st, 2008 04:59 am...For once.
I'm seriously rushing to get this typed because I have about 10 minutes until I am in dire need to get ready. But I had this amazing dream that had me feeling all warm and happy and um... I don't even rememger lots of specifics, but here are the points I could remember.
I had this amazing friendship with four other people - one girl, three guys. I was in love with one of the guys. Coincidentally, so was the other girl. Because isn't that just how a lot of love stories go? At the end of the dream, we'd kinda talked about it. But she was like, it's all up to him. No hard feelings? And I was like, yeah. That sounds right by me.
And I can't remember a lot of the beginning other than it felt like a movie scene in my head. There were plots and turns and before the last scene, which is the part I remember vividly (seeing as I just woke up), like I remember getting into fights with them - I think I remember getting into a fight with the one guy. And IDK. I'm pretty sure it felt like a movie. But it was the ending that I remembered.
We were outside our school. It reminded me of my high school school, but it was totally not New York, because when you looked up you could see the stars. And when I stepped outside of the school, it was dark and you could see Mars and the moon in the same sky. And slowly, you could see the moon going upwards and it was a lot closer to the sky than I'm used to. It was much larger than it should've been. And if we were saying location like a screen, it'd be near the lower left-hand corner. And Mars was somewhere diagonal from it - upper right-hand corner, except more towards the middle than the corner itself. And they were both this brilliant color of red. The moon more so.
And when I walked out and joined them, I'd stare at it - smiling. Because the sight made me happy and I think we were talking about some sort of school project and we were just joking around. It was at this time that the girl kinda pulled me back and talked about love interest guy. And the boys walked ahead, joking with each other. And good things were said as we walked towards home.
Then we reached this huge flight of stairs. And the love interest guy calls out. "Last one down loses!" Or something like that. I just know it became a race, because next thing I know... I'm running down stairs. And the boys are like rushing to touch the lowest level - but there's like 4 different levels and by the last level before the ground the sides open up so they're like trying to jump from those steps instead of using the actual stairs. Except they go right instead of left. And the girls are still walking down when the boys make a huge u-turn and I remember cracking up and dashing ahead. And by this point, me and love interest dude are in the lead and we run into tunnels where the trains are - you can see a huge amount of people around them - walking in, walking out.
And at this point, I really feel like I'm in a movie because I can hear the credits. "We shot at so and so. But we can't forget our home base. We'd also like to thank *name* for letting us use our sets - it was where a lot of the filming actually took place." And we come to a slow as a train pulls in (god, those were the most intricate things ever). And we just look at each other and smile.
And al;skdjflkasjdf I am out of time. But that was all sorts of awesome. Although, I'm fairly certain that I dreamt up another movie. *laughs*
Edit: I forgot to mention that the reason the moon was red in the dream was because there was a lunar eclipse going on. (Go figure. LOL. Stealing from real life, I see.) And here's the really funky part - right below the moon, you could see like a computerized image of where the position of the earth and the moon was so you could see its positioning and everything. I don't even know really.
