i. As expected, all I've been doing is watching television in its various forms today. Well, that and writing. Slowly. I swear I'm going to finish this AU meme. Swearswearswear. Because I want to actually finish a writing meme at a reasonable time. lolol. And yes, you should all hold me to it, because if nobody does, my motivation is shit. >.> ...Well, don't worry. I should be able to do this. *nods nods* *pumps self up*

ii. calixa made a post about Library Wars and well, despite the strange premise (In a slightly different timeline than ours, the explosion of information and misinformation came to be considered a direct threat to society. In a daring decision, it was decided to create a new government agency dedicated solely to information management. Some thirty years later, in 2019, the government still monitors and controls information, suppressing anything they find undesirable, but standing against their abuses of power are the libraries, with their special agents called ‘the book soldiers.’) I found myself completely engulfed by this anime and really loving it. My shipping hat was surprisingly satisfied by the ending. Something I so didn't expect. That said, I was more surprised to find that there actually exists a Library Bill of Rights. Interesting. I wish I'd been following this anime than the other ones I'd been watching. >.> Is Itazura na Kiss over yet? And wtf, I want more Himitsu. T.T
ii-a. Also, random discovery. Where's Waldo was on the top 100 list of challenged books from 1990-2000. Reason why? Because apparently in one of the books, there's a topless lady in the top right-hand corner. Ah. And another discovery. Wrinkle in Time was also on that list. >.> I don't know what to take of that.

iii. Now on current dramas. No long over-blown analysis. Mainly because I'm too lazy, and I've only seen two dramas. lol And no, not the two you expect. Well, one of them isn't, at least.
- Code Blue: Fuck, I totally got into this. Mind you, I am a-okay with medical dramas... or really, shows. Because I haven't seen any medical jdramas yet, but I have watched Grey's Anatomy and House. And nihongofrancais compared this to Grey's Anatomy and I totally agree. Especially for the four fellowship guys. Totally see it. Kinda hilarious in a sense, but whatever. I likey. Lots. Yamapi is brooding again. Damn, he's hot. And I love Aragaki Yui here. And then she let her hair down - pretty~ Toda Erika is not one of my favorites, but I could stand her here. Not too bad. And I can so see the comparison to Izzy. And that fourth guy to George. I'm so blanking on names. I'll get it eventually.
- Monster Parent: I know, I know. So not expected right? I picked it up because, lol, I saw a cap of Hiraoka Yuta in it and was like, oh, why not? I'm not sure what to take of this drama. From the first episode, I'm not sure where they're gearing up to go with Takamura's character and the development. Are they trying to make her more human? Because she's all, I'm all about winning. Nothing else matters. Or, she's about the money (who's surprised. Lawyer. Money. Ha.). Of course, it's only the first episode, but still. I really do wonder how this series will go. I can't tell if I'm lukewarm towards it or interested or... whatever. Either ways, I was kinda intrigued and the mother that dominated the first episode? Fucking bitch. I wanted to smack her senseless. That was complete and utter harassment. I felt so bad for the teacher. :\\\\\\ I wanted to ask her if she'd even asked her kid what she thought of the teacher beyond her own interpretation of the teacher's actions. :\\\\\ Am so glad my parents were never like this. I'd be not only embarrassed, but really pissed at them for getting rid of a supposedly good teacher. Isn't there already like shortages in teachers? Wtf.

iv. Yamapi's Popeye Scans. ...wow. So this is how bad his hair can get, huh. I do however like it somewhat in the shot where he's on top of the ladder. Of course, that may also be because I kinda like his outfit there. He just needs to not wet it. It looks like a dead poodle or something on his head. >.>

v. OH. I'd almost forgotten. Silly me. FIC RECS!
1) Waiting by cynicalism. Fuck, guys. Massu is the hardest person in NewS to write about, I think. Seriously, I could go into meta about his characterization (well, Cyn more than me, I'd bet), so for Cyn to write a long fic about him that ranged all the way to nearly 7000 words?? as;ldkfjaslkdjf You know it's gotta be amazing. a;skdjflsdkjf Then again, it's her. And always amazing. No matter what she says. So yes, I recommend like whoa. ♥♥ Tegomass is also there.
2) 30 Day Notice by agirlcalledkil. First of all, PG. Pin. PG. It's lovely. Just. It's sad that that's the most I can say after Cyn's. But really, it's rather soft and sweet, and so much love. Just. Yamapi!fail is love. If only he'd done what was asked first. Just yes, read.

nihongofrancais is calling out to all the Koyama/Yamapi fans out in JE to prompt her for any sort of fic you can think of, just to spread the Koyapi love. Now this is the girl who flails all over Koyapi and has fics on them (some that haven't been posted yet, sadly) and is like, the biggest Koyapi fan I know. lol. So I think she'll be true to her word and write everyone Koyapi. :DDD (Also, hell, if you can contribute Koyapi love yourself, even better.)
