[#030] I Should Be Asleep Now.

...Granted I did just get home, but I usually tumble right into bed because tomorrow I have to wake up at 4 in the morning and that only leaves me with 3 hours of sleep and then some, but I'm throwing that all to hell because really, what's an added 20-30 minutes? XD

I usually don't post, but tonight while I was trying to write a memoir piece for Prose Workshop, I sidetracked to read Aiba fic. Guys, if you only ever read one Aiba fic in your lifetime, make this one be it. Simple by floweranza. Absolutely beautifully written with the kind of flow that simultaneously breaks your heart and patches it back together. You know it's serious when I start to get teary-eyed half-way through the fic. I love her voice for Aiba--this enthusiastic, loves Arashi so much, and smarter than most people thing Aiba. I loved his relationship with the members and I especially loved the part about his love for the sax and how he had to give it up. Guys, it was just so amazing. I took at least a half-hour out of my time just to read it and that was time SO WELL SPENT. Go read it! It's fabulous.

And while I'm pimping stuff, this is William Fitzsimmons doing a cover of Kanye West's "Heartless." I think it's loads better than the original--so much more haunting. I've had it on repeat all day.
