[#051] Happy New Year everyone!

...Again.

It's been a busy past couple of days. As in this past weekend. T.T That is the 2nd to today, especially since I spent it staying in the apt in the Bronx which will last until tomorrow to my unfortunate pleasure. Quick rundown.
- 2: Went to Radio City Music Hall to see the Rockettes. It was AWESOME. Even though I had expected the seats to be "eh" because we were all the way back in row T, but they weren't half bad! I mean, I couldn't see faces or anything, but that's okay. My favorite part was the Nutcracker by far. omg, the teddy bears and the toy pandas and this one girl teddy bear whose eyes (with pink shadow) kept fluttering at random points. So hysterical. Probably wasn't supposed to be funny, but I loved it because I kept laughing. Afterward C and I had to wait around for like hours since the show finished at around 12:30 or so until 6, 6:30, 7 for dinner with this classmate and his friends. (Multiple times because they kept pushing it back. Which, annoying. D:) So C and I wasted it by shopping. Bad idea because I spent like... 80 bucks or something. Add that to the 89 I spent for an unlimited metrocard and I wanted to weep. Now add that to the 40+ dinner where I didn't even eat/drink all that much and ugh, that day was like two paychecks worth. So aggravating.
- 3: Was supposed to see Sherlock Holmes with C, Sh, and P early this morning for matinee. Ended up being just C and me when the other two canceled. LOVED IT. Holmes was so gay for Watson that it was ridiculous. Also, thought Rachel McAdams was kick-ass and I loved her as Irene Adler. I just really enjoyed it and I loved the hinting of Professor Moriarty because omg, that's who ends up killing Holmes in the stories, SOOOOOO, curious if they're going to do a sequel (ha! they totally are, or if it's already been announced, I missed it but I so called it? Except not?) Then we headed to P's house for our "girl's night out" where I ended up getting sicker and sicker from allergies.
- 4: Which leads into today because I was meant to go to work today. Ended up calling in sick when I woke up at 5 AM feeling miserable and annoyed and just all around irritated. Spent the entire day indoors--even called in for delivery just for chicken noodle soup. I actually had plans later tonight with friends, but canceled when I started to feel hot nd cold flashes. C ended up coming by, dropping off some medicine and hoping I feel better. <333333 I heart that girl more and more each day. Other than that, I've been doing absolutely nothing except preparing my Scrapbook 2010 post! I saw a bunch of people on my flist who did it for 2009 and loved the idea, so thought I'd try it out. I'll probably forget about it midway through the year, but hell. I'm curious what I do all year, damnit. (I do want to change that image though, but was too lazy/tired to do graphics. lol
