[#011] I bribed my brother to sweep my room...

i. Me: I'll pay you 5 bucks to sweep my room.
JM: No way. I'm too lazy.
Me: ...I'll buy you a Chipotle burrito to sweep my room.
JM: OKAY.
lolol I had no time to sweep myself and hey, if i could've gotten him to do it, I'M ALL FOR THAT. :DDDDDD

ii. WENT TO VISIT LITTLE RED LIGHTHOUSE TODAY!!! :DDDDDDDD It's the only lighthouse still on Manhattan right under the George Washington Bridge. It is the cutest and most squat thing ever and they only allow people to walk inside and to the top FIVE TIMES A YEAR. Just five and thankfully today was one of those days. I have pictures (or rather C has pictures) so as soon as I get them, I will totally post because OMG, SO ADORABLE. I've been wanting to go for like half a year now so I'm pleased we finally got the chance to. *____________* And it was such a nice day before we could go up (it's only from 1-4) and we got there kind of early so we parked it nearby and ate a Subway sandwich, had some Dunkin Donuts donuts and drank Sprite and/or water. So good. :DDDDDD

iii. So C's birthday dream is to go skydiving. I've always wanted to go skydiving--even with my horrendous fear of heights so I told her I'd do it, but as her b-day approaches, the idea scares me more and more and more. Mind you, her fear totally trumps mine, but she is beyond determined to do this. That said, omg, I am so afraid but I know that if I don't do it this time, I probably won't ever go because I'll want someone to jump out of that plane with me (well, there already IS but i mean someone i know that's doing tandem sky-diving too) and... well, yeah. a;lsdkjfaslflj But omg, my stomach CHURNS at the idea of jumping out of a plane at whatever height that is. T.T am i crazy?

iv. I have so much media in my laptop to watch right now that it's ridiculous. Also ridiculous? trying to move all my fic and writings over to my new writing comm (ahaha, new. i made that crap at least 3 months ago then got lazy) a;skldfjlksdjf But it'll all get done. THANK GOD I'M NOT DOING ANYTHING UNTIL MONDAY AFTERNOON. T.T.T.T.T

Easy answer. Ninkyo Helper is the one that pops into my head. I only really picked it up for Kuroki Meisa--who was pretty fucking awesome in it, I have to say. But I didn't really have that much of a pull otherwise. Sure, I was interested in a couple of the other actors--definitely NOT Kusanagi Tsuyoshi who I'd never seen in anything before this drama and absolutely loved after it. I just... Ninkyo Helper hella surprised me with how much I fell for it. I mean, it's even in my TOP TEN. And it was there before I even finished the damn thing. I fell in love with it--all the emotions, the painful stories, the moral ambiguity and the characters! I loved Tsuyoshi's Hikoichi, the little boy of ADORABLENESS and Meisa's yakuza boss who is only trying to prove that even as a female, SHE CAN GET SHIT DONE, DAMNIT. (I also was thoroughly amused that she totally dropped her voice for this role. :D)
