i'm sitting in front of a library computer, bored out of my fucking mind. ohmygod. a;sdkrjaskldfj i should probably do some semblance of work, maybe get ahead in advanced grammar again, but no. i don't want to.

so instead, i'm asking for prompts. i haven't written je for ages, so prompt me. i have no promises of whether it'll be good or not, or on length. so i guess prompt at your own risk. the offer is around for the entire day, but only today. pairing (or just gen) and some sort of prompt to help me along. alsdjrkadjsfl please to entertain me. <33333

Nakamaru/Massu BFFery. Prompt will be the new rapping-beatboxing duo. XDDD

LOL oh god. I don't even think Massu should ever rap, but I'll give this a try.

Nakamaru's jaw hangs open after the words come out of Massu's mouth. He'd just crashed their practice randomly, startling everyone in the room. "Wait, what?!" he sputters after a long pause.

"You and Koki had TaNaka, ne? We should have our own duo! You can still beatbox, and I can rap!" Massu frowns, looking pensive. "But we need a really cool name. How about NakaMassu?"

Nakamaru blinks and the first thing he thinks of to say is, "Massu's not even your real name. Besides, isn't that too much like TegoMasu?"

"Ah! That's true!" Massu hits his palm with a fist. "We should also have a song for ourselves! I can ask Yamashita-kun to help me write one for us. It'll be great!"

"Massu, wait. Where's this-" Nakamaru starts before Massu grasps him by the shoulders, staring him straight in the eye.

"We'll be great, ne?" Massu says confidently.

"Er, yes?"

"I'll go ask Yamashita-kun then!" He flashes Nakamaru before dashing out of the KAT-TUN practice room and back to his own. He turns around to the confused looks of his bandmates.

"What was that all about?" Koki asks.

Nakamaru shrugs. "Not sure. But why not, I guess?"

The others shrug before going about their own business, as does Nakamaru, until Jin suddenly blurts out, "How about MYNT?"

"Mint-o?" Nakamaru asks, blinking.

"Yeah! The sweet candy. Don't you think it fits?" Jin grins.

Nakamaru shakes his head, laughing. "Probably in more than one way."


The next day, Massu not only has heard about their name, but already has a song written up from Yamapi - who was more than happy to contribute.

"Anything for Massu!" he said cheerfully before collaborating with Jin for lyrics.

"Is this song about sweets?" Nakamaru asks after skimming it over, hanging his head slightly.

Massu nods happily. "Doesn't it fit? I mean, we're called MYNT!"

Nakamaru laughs again. Well, he was this far in - he may as well keep going. "Okay, I guess let's start rehearsing?"

"Great! Koyama said that we're going to perform it on the next Shounen Club as a surprise." Massu's smile is so blinding that Nakamaru almost completely misses his statement.

"Wait, what?!"

"So we should get started, ne? It'll be great!"

Nakamaru then wonders how he got himself into this situation.
