I think I've used that title before... *shrugs* Whatever. So today, I finished watching Stand Up! And it broke my heart into a hundred little pieces. I absolutely adore KenKen. I'd marry him if I could. *laughs* Okay, so yes, I'm a little biased because, hey, it's a Yamapi role. But honestly? I loved him just as a character. ( Cut for spoilers. XP )

I'M, AGAIN, pimping je_holiday!!! The fic today was awesome! *________________________* Um. I'm going to be so sad when this is all over. The amount of awesome fic I've been reading in the past WEEK. God. I don't know what I'm going to do with myself after that.

Oh. So I'm reading these articles for my Asian Studies paper and it's about Kula which is this bartering system in New Guinea and it's kinda complicated and strange. But here's when you know JE has taken over your head.
1) I read "shame" as "Akame" for some strange goddamn reason. I guess it may be because it's spelled similarly? Or you know. Akame = shame? As in a shame it exists? XP Okay, maybe a little mean. But um. After I saw that the first time without realizing that word I was looking at was, in fact, SHAME. My first thought was... OHMYGOD, IT'S FOLLOWING ME HERE TOO?!?! *CRY* And then going. Oh. I feel a little foolish.
2) I came up with the idea of a fic where JE trades gifts with each other in exchange for favors or something. And they never actually keep the gifts and it's always passed onto another person. Such as, if the start of a bargaining thing is a... belt, so to speak. It'd go from one person to the next in exchange for some type of good and then my head came up with snarky dialogue like "A belt? I don't want to know where that's been." Or "A belt? That's what we're starting this with? This isn't even an expensive belt!" "I'm just asking for dinner. I didn't think it equated to using my most expensive belt." "Well, I'm an expensive date. So I need proper gifts in order to equal what I'm giving." "Keep the belt and I'll throw in a hand job." "Deal."
3) And after seeing this line: "and the natives anoint and adorn themselves, the magic making them beautiful and irresistible." I came up with this dialogue in my conversation to Cyn:
Jin: *chanting*
Pi: ...What are you doing??
Jin: Making myself beautiful and irresistible!
Ryo: That'd take a miracle, not whooping.
Jin: I'm casting a    spell    .
Pi: And I'm a pretty ballerina.
Ryo: I wouldn't be surprised if you were pretty in a tutu.
Pi: ...Weren't you on my side?
Ryo: I'm never on the side of stupid.
...I've frigging lost my mind.

Holiday Fic: These will probably cross into the new year, but be assured. I'll have everything that was requested written. :D And no, these won't be in any particular order. *laughs*
Lucky person who gets her first gift~ The idea was prompted by 4_03_am after she posted this picture on her LJ. (Yes, I'm hotlinking. Sorry love.) Then I started writing this and realized, hey. It could be used as a holiday fic!

So... For quinnsan who asked for Ryopi and had the words Christmas and porn. ...Um. I think the porn part is the one I really fulfilled here although funnily enough? I wrote this in an anti-porn mood. Go figure? (Except not really porn now that I think of it... XP)
